By accessing and using the INVESTA platform, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this service.
INVESTA is an investment platform that allows users to invest funds and earn daily returns. The platform provides three investment plans with different minimum deposits and daily return rates.
To use INVESTA services, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate.
4.1. Minimum investment amounts vary by plan:
- Basic Growth: K50 minimum
- Pro Accelerator: K500 minimum
- Premium Elite: K2,000 minimum
4.2. Daily returns are calculated based on your invested amount and plan rate.
4.3. Investment periods range from 2 weeks to 36 months, with higher returns for longer periods.
5.1. Deposits can be made via MTN Money, Airtel Money, and Zamtel Money.
5.2. Minimum withdrawal amount is K300.
5.3. Withdrawal processing time is 1-24 hours (instant for Premium Elite).
5.4. A 1% withdrawal fee applies (minimum K5).
6.1. Users can earn referral commissions by referring new investors.
6.2. Referral earnings are subject to plan limits and terms.
6.3. Fraudulent referral activity will result in account suspension.

INVESTA reserves the right to terminate or suspend accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or compromise platform security.
INVESTA may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
